The meeting of May 18 was the first plenary meeting of the REINOVA project, after the official approval of the request for funding by INTERREG V-A POCTEP. Until then, contacts between partners were carried out at a distance and / or bilaterally.
The main purpose of the meeting was to present the partners more in detail and align the expectations with regard to the results of the project, namely by sharing opinions and redefining the timetable of activities. It also had as objective the constitution of working groups and the coordination of the next tasks according to the stipulated schedule.
The main points of the meeting were the presentation of partners, presentation of the project roadmap, milestones and outputs, planning of the first activities, beneficiary selection criteria, media between partners and evaluation activities. own project.
